强直性脊柱炎的中医辨证分型与影像学观察

The observation that ankylosing spondylitis for syndrome differentiation and typing with imageology

目的：探讨强直性脊柱炎中医辨证分型的客观指标。方法：对７６例强直性脊柱炎进行中医辨证分型，观察其Ｘ线平片及 ＣＴ片表现。结果：各中医证型的影像学特点有显著差异。结论：影像学检查对强直性脊柱炎的中医辨证分型有重要的参考价值。

Objective: Probes into impersonal guide lines of ankylosing spondylitis for syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM. Methods: Categorizes 76 cases of ankylosing apondylitis on syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM, and views its plain films and CT. Results: significant difference about sign of imageology was found in differentiations and types of TCM. Conclusions: Imageology is valuable on ankylosing spondylitis for syndrome differentiation and typing of TCM.
