摘要
分析了馆员消极工作行为现象的成因,并提出了建立健全体制机制、提高馆员心理素质、营造和谐图书馆工作氛围等措施。
The reasons why passive working behaviors occurred in librarians were analyzed with certain measures put forward for their avoidance, such as establishing and perfecting the system mechanisms, improving the psychological quality of librarians, and creating hormonal working atmospheres in library.
