消防指挥专业综合演练是灭火救援指挥和作战能力生成训练的最高级阶段。在演练的实践中首次将解放军野营驻训的训练方法和基地化演练模式引入,初步构建了消防指挥专业综合演练新模式———"驻训式"专业综合演练模式,阐述了"驻训式"专业综合演练模式的基本内涵,详细分析了"驻训式"专业综合演练模式的构建要素,为消防指挥专业综合演练模式的改进提供参考和借鉴。

The comprehensive maneuver for fire command is the highest level as for the formation of fire commanding and combating capacity. Both the trained - in - station method and base - training method of PLA are introduced in the maneuver for the first time ; a new model of comprehensive maneuver for fire command-＂ trained - in - station＂ model is established, which will provide an innovative idea to improving maneuver model.
