The Discussion on Several Problems of Fire Accident Investigation

对我国现行火灾事故调查体制、损失统计和矛盾纠纷处理的现状进行了分析和探讨,提出了火灾调查的"分流"机制、"调解"机制和培育火灾损失统计中介机构等解决问题的措施,以推动火调主体多元化及鼓励、推动中介组织的发展。

This paper analyzes and makes a study of China＇ s current fire accident investigation system, fire loss sta- tistics and contradictions and disputes in the present situation and proposes ＂shunt mechanism＂, ＂mediation mecha- nism＂ in fire investigation and discusses the cultivation of fire statistics agency, in order to promote and encourage the diversification of fire intermediary organizations.
