乳香没药入煎剂合理性薄层层析研究

TLC Study on the Rationality of Frankincense and Myrrh Being Used as Decoction

选择乳香、没药的生品与醋制品 ,采用薄层层析研究的方法 ,从单味药和复方两方面对乳香、没药水煎剂的主要化学成分进行研究。结果显示 :乳香在水煎剂中其脂溶性成分大部分已溶出 ,没药在水煎剂中其脂溶性成分溶出较少。说明乳香入煎剂具有一定的科学依据。指出没药入煎剂的合理性需进一步探讨。

With both dried and vinegarfried frankincense and myrrh, the main chemical composition in the decoctions of a single drug and compound were researched by thin layer chromatography (TLC). The results showed many liposoluble compositions of frankincense and a little liposoluble compositions of myrrh in the decoctions. These indicated that frankincense being used as decoction had some scientific bases, and myrrh being used as decoction needed further probe into its rationality.
