摘要 教师专业化成为世纪之交我国教育界改革的一大主流话语。专业的自主发展是教师专业发展的必由之路,是学校教育教学改革的重要保证。《创建学习型组织—高职院校英语教师专业自主发展的有效途径》课题组以我院与英语教学有关的教研室教师作为研究对象,进行了一次有关教师专业自主发展方面的问卷调查,以期从中发现我院英语教师在专业自主发展方面存在的问题,并相应地提出一些解决问题的建议。 Teachers' professional development has been a main stream discourse in the education sector reform since the turn of the century. Self-motivated development is the only way for teachers' professional development and a guarantee for the educational and teaching reform of a school. The research project Developing a Learning Organization: An Effective Way for Self-Motivated Professional Development of Teachers of English in Higher Vocational Colleges takes the teachers of English in our college as research objects, who are given a related questionnaire. The research aims to fred existing problems in self-motivated professional development and to put forward some suggestions to solve them.
