摘要
医生战略思维,是指医生在诊治患者时对关系患者健康的全身健康情况、局部疾患、病因病理、治疗关键、预后等问题的谋划,具有全局性、前瞻性、务实性、创造性等特点。医生培养战略思维能力有利于走出还原论的局限,提高诊疗效果。医生战略思维能力的培养,一是要提升人文素养,二是要优化知识结构,三是要从空间、时间、选择、辩证以及生存方式五个维度的实践中自觉锻炼。
Doctors strategic thinking refers to the plan for systemic health, local disease, etiology, pathology, critical treatment and prognosis about patient＇s health, which is characterized by global, prospective, pragmatic and creative. Developing doctor＇s strategic thinking helps doctors break the limitation of reductionism. To develop doctor＇s strategic thinking, we need improve the humanistic quality, optimize the knowledge Structure and practice consciously ih the five dimension of space, time, selection, dialectics and living style.
