中西医在“肿瘤个体化治疗”的理念下站到一起

Following the Slogan of "Individualized Treatment of Tumors",Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Come Together

个体化治疗所依据的是疾病的个体特征。肿瘤是一类异质性疾病,中医依据辨证论治实施个体化治疗,西医依据细胞分子生物学特征实施个体化治疗。中医辨证论治与西医个体化治疗都遵循"具体问题具体分析"的思维方式,但中医着眼于"病的人",辨证论治所辨为"证",是机体对疾病因素的反应,病同人不同则"证"异;西医着眼于"人的病",个体化治疗所辨为"靶",是基于肿瘤分子生物学特征的分层治疗。中西医个体化理念可相互借鉴和补充,中医辨证论治更应借鉴西医个体化治疗经验,不断扩大"证"的内涵,寻找自己的靶向人群。

Individualized treatment is based on the individual characteristics of disease. Tumor is a kind of heterogeneous disease,TCM individualized treatment is based on syndrome differentiation, while Western individualized treatment is based on the molecular biology of the cell characteristics. Both of TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation and Western individualized treatment follow the thinking mode of ＂concrete analysis of concrete problems＂. TCM focuses on the ＂sick man＂, and the determination of treatment is based on ＂syndrome type＂, which is the body reaction to pathogenic factors. The ＂syndrome type＂ will be different in individuals even if they suffer from the same disease. While Western medicine focuses on the ＂human disease＂, the individualized treatment aimed on the ＂target＂, which is a stratification treatment based on the tumor molecular biology characteristics. The individual concept of traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine may draw lessons from each other and complement, TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation should draw more lessons from experience of Western individual treatment, expand ceaselessly the connotation of ＂syndrome type＂,and make clear the target populations.
