高中阶段推进优秀创新人才早期培育实验报告——以上海市上海中学为例

Experimental Report on the Early Fostering of Outstanding Innovative Talents in High School——Use Shanghai High School as Example

优秀创新人才的早期培育是一项系统工程，有条件的高中（尤其是实验性示范性高中）在推进优秀创新人才早期培育实验上理应先行先试，获得具有一定普适性的、值得借鉴的经验。上海中学作为教育部批准的“探索建立拔尖创新人才培养基地”试点学校，在推进优秀创新人才的早期培育上进行了初步的探索。经过三年多的实验探索，学校认为促进学生志趣能匹配是高中阶段推进创新人才培育的主要着力点；为学生个性化知识构成奠基是高中阶段创新人才培养智育改革的重要突破口；深化专门课程与课题探究是示范性高中推进创新人才培育的主要途径；建构数字化校园与校内外资源优化是高中阶段创新人才培养的必要支撑条件；促进评价观念与体系的改革是创设适宜高中阶段创新人才成长环境的重要因素。

The early fostering of outstanding innovative talents is a systematic project. It is reasonable for some qualified high schools, especially those model high schools, to experiment on the early fostering of outstanding innovative talents, so as to obtain some practical experiences that can be generalized. As an experimental school for establishing the training base for top - notch innovative talents approved by the MOE, Shanghai High School has made preliminary probe into the early development of outstanding innovative talents, and has summarized its experiences on fostering innovative talents in high school as follows： matc- hing the students＇ ambition, interest and ability should be the main focus; laying the foundation for personalized knowledge should be the important breakthrough for education reform; deepening research on specialized courses and subjects should be the main approach;constructing digital campus and optimizing resources both inside and outside the school should be the necessary supporting condition;and reform in evaluation ideas and system should be an important factor for creating the suitable environ- ment.
