摘要
课题采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对回收的875份有效问卷统计处理后发现:中小学生的体育锻炼态度行为存在性别、年龄差异,男生高于女生,小学生高于初中、高中学生;行为习惯、行为控制感与行为认知对身体自尊预测作用最大;身体状况、运动能力和身体自我价值感对锻炼态度行为具有较好的预测能力;体育锻炼态度行为与身体自尊之间有显著的相关性,二者之间存在相互影响、相互促进的关系,可为今后学校体育教学工作提供参考依据。
Subject of literature, questionnaires, statistics, research methods, statistical treatment on the recovery of 875 valid questionnaires were found : the primary and middle school physical exercise, attitude and behavior of sex, age differences in boys than girls, primary school students is higher than junior high school, high school students ; habits of behavior, behavior con- trol and Behavioral cognition on physical self- esteem to predict; physical condition, athletic ability and physical self- worth of exercise, attitude and behavior has good predictive ability; physical exercise attitude between behavior and physical self - es- teem. the coirelation between the existence of mutual influence, mutually reinforcing relationship can provide a reference for fu- ture school sports teaching.
