摘要
文章分析了新形势下上海应对来沪港澳台生在校管理工作中的教育问题,试图从教育政策、文化意识、知识状况、价值取向四个维度建立分析框架,对加强和改进学校管理模式提出一些建议和对策,以提高上海在校港澳台生的趋同态度和综合技能,进一步推动上海统战工作的顺利开展和文教辐射效应。在此基础上,为有关职能部门的决策制订提供具有一定参考价值的理论依据。
Insight is cast on the education management for the students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in terms of edu-cational policy. In this context, the concept of quadro - intergration framework, that is educational polity, cultural conscious-ness, knowledge condition and value orientation, is built up to improve the sense of recognition and comprehensive skills for the college students from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan in Shanghai. Thus, some valuable suggestions are worked out for policy - making departments.
