干细胞疗法及其在脉络膜新生血管治疗中的应用前景

Stem cell therapy and its application to the treatment for choroidal neovascularization

摘要 脉络膜新生血管形成(choroidal neovascularization,CNV)常造成严重视力损害,对其治疗方法的探索是相关医学工作者研究和关注的热点。研究发现干细胞参与CNV生成,为干细胞疗法治疗CNV带来契机。本文就干细胞疗法治疗CNV的原理、研究基础、治疗策略、初步探索、优势和前景等作一综述。 Choroidal neovascularization (CNV) is a common cause of severe and irreversible visual loss. Therefore, the exploration of the treatment for CNV is always the focus of relative medical researches. Investigations indicated that stem cells contribute to CNV formation, which brings opportunity for the applica-tion of stem cell therapy to CNV treatment. In this review, we discuss the principle, foundation, strategy, preliminary research, advantages and outlook of stem cells application.
