长期吸氧对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生存影响

目的探讨长期氧疗对慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者生存的影响。方法将120例慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者按照是否长期氧疗分为氧疗组(58)例和对照组(62)例,比较两组患者生存率,住院次数,健康相关的生活质量评分(SGRQ评分)。结果氧疗组住院次数[(9±4)次]少于对照组[(10±5)次]。其SGRQ评分[(48.6±15.3)分]低于[(53.6±17.2)分]。结论长期吸氧能够提高慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的生存率,减少住院次数,提高生存质量。

Objective To investigate the long-term oxygen therapy on the survival of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Methods 120 cases of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease patients according to whether long-term oxygen therapy was divided into oxygen therapy group （58） cases and the control group （62） cases, two groups were compared survival rates, number of hospitalizations, health-related quality of life score （ SGRQ score）. Results the number of hospitalizations of oxygen therapy group [ （9±4） ] than the control group [（10 ± 5） times]. SGRQ score [（48.6 ± 15.3）] than in [（53.6 ± 17.2） minutes]. Conclusion The long-term oxygen can improve the survival rate of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, reduce the number of hospitalizations, and improve the quality of life.
