青年颈源性眩晕患者颈部血管CTA及脑CT灌注成像变化的研究 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨颈部血管CT血管成像(CTA)和脑CT灌注成像(CTPI)检查用于诊断青年颈源性眩晕的临床应用价值。方法对30例青年颈源性眩晕患者(实验组)和30例同期的青年健康体检者(对照组)的CTA和CTPI的检查情况进行总结分析。结果两组的检测结果相比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。实验组患者颈部血管变异率较对照组增多,多以发育纤细及走形异常为主,少数为增生压迫所致。实验组患者颅内血液变化以CBF值减小、MTT值增高最为敏感,而CBV值正常及轻度升高较为常见。结论颈部血管CTA及脑CT灌注成像检查能够清晰了解主动脉在颈部走形情况及与周围组织的关系,是诊断青年颈源性眩晕的有效检查方法。
