西安某三甲医院鲍曼不动杆菌耐药调查和治疗策略 被引量:4

摘要 目的鲍曼不动杆菌在院内的耐药率逐年上升,临床治疗困难。结合西安某三甲医院2年来鲍曼不动杆菌的药敏变迁,探讨鲍曼不动杆菌的抗生素治疗。方法回顾调查2010年1月至2011年12月西安市某三甲医院细菌室分离细菌菌株,分析统计鲍曼不动杆菌的检出率和体外药敏结果。结果 2010年细菌室共分离4552菌株,2011年7269株;鲍曼不动杆菌检出率分别为583株(12.8%)和934株(12.8%);均占据分离菌株的第二位。丁胺卡那、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、米诺环素对鲍曼不动杆菌的敏感率下降。2010年和2011年药敏分别为丁胺卡那(92%/83%)、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦(72%/61.4%)、米诺环素(70.1%/52%)。结论鲍曼不动杆菌临床检出率逐年增加,对丁胺卡那、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、米诺环素敏感率有所下降,但丁胺卡那、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、米诺环素仍是临床治疗鲍曼不动杆菌的选择,同时期待替加环素的临床使用。
