摘要
国家实施西部大开发战略以来,西部地区经济发展取得了显著成就。但是,西部地区经济发展水平还处于初级发展阶段。正确认识西部地区经济发展需要经历的不同发展阶段并采取合适的政策措施,有利于促进西部地区尽快实现经济发展目标。
West China has seen rapid development since the implementation of West China Develop- ment Strategy. Nevertheless, the economic level of West China is still low. This paper il- lustrates the policies and measures concerned for the realization of desirable stage goals.
