The Cultivation of Adversity Quotient in the Post-1990 Undergraduates:Difficulty and Measures

逆商培养对于"90后"大学生心智均衡发展,提升社会适应能力具有十分重要的意义。通过对江西省某高校"90后"大学生逆商状况调查,发现"90后"大学生逆商指数处于中下水平,很大一部分学生在面对逆境时常常无所适从,甚至会产生极端心理。文章主要从逆商调查结果着手,分析"90后"大学生逆商培养面临的难点,最后结合我国教育环境,提出"90后"大学生逆商培养的策略。

With a college in Jiangxi as an example, this paper points out the difficuhy in the cuhiva- tion of adversity quotient in the post - 1990 undergraduates, analyzes the causes behind it and proposes some measures for improvement.
