摘要 题库建设是现代考试追求考试活动高效率和高效益的一种现代化技术手段,是现代高新技术成果在考试领域的具体应用。本文主要叙述了卫生专业技术资格考试题库的理论基础、建设过程及结构框架;并就题库建设对于提高考试科学性、安全性,提高工作效率等方面做了论述。 The question bank is a modern technique to promote the effectiveness of exams and also a practical application of new technical achievements. The paper analyzed the theoretical foundation, construction process and structure of the National Healthcare Professional Proficiency Qualification Examination question bank and put forward recommendations on how to facilitate question bank construction and improve the safety and effectiveness of examinations.
