摘要
由于历史和现实的原因,我国少数民族地区在教育资源的占有上处于明显的劣势地位,教育水平与全国相比存在较大差距,因此对少数民族考生进行高考加分是保障其受教育权实质性公平的政策,体现了作为一种公平的正义。本文从积极的视角出发,分析了少数民族考生高考加分政策的历史、现状、理论基础,并就加分对象、加分幅度和加分立法三个方面进行了深入思考。
Due to historical and realistic reasons, China' s minority areas are in a distinct disadvantage position in the possession of educational resources, there is still a gap between the national level and that of the minorities, Therefore, the Policy of Minorities' Extra Scores in College Entrance Examination is important to guarantee the equal right to education in china, it reflects justice as fairness. In this paper, from some positive perspectives, the author analyzed its history, current situation, and theoretical basis, and took thorough thinking on Bonus objects, plus amplitude and bonus legislation.
