网络现已成为公民政治关注和政治参与的重要平台。青年作为网民的主力军和国家的未来,他们在网络中对政治的关注度和参与度一定程度上关系着国家未来的社会政治文明的发展。当今,中国青年网民对网络政治资汛关注度高,信任主流媒介,但他们的政治参与度与政治关注度形成强烈反差,这需要从法规制度的健全、网民政治素养和能力的提升和网络政治参与途径的拓展等方面多管齐下,才能切实解决问题,从而在总体上保障人民当家作主管理国家和社会事务的权利得以实现。

At the end of 2011, the total number of Internet users in China exceeded 500 million. The networkhas also become an important platform for citizensI political attention and political participation. As the main force of the Internet users and the country＇s future, youth＇s political awareness and participation in the network are related to the development of the country＇s social and political civilization in the future. Through the sample survey, the China Youth Internet users highly concern about the political information on the network and trust the mainstream media, but their political participation and political attention is in stark contrast. We should improve the regulatory system, enhance Internet users/ political literacy and ability and develop network political participation paths. By the multi-methods, we can protect the people＇s right to manage nation and social affairs.
