The contemporary college students＇employment and career choice have shown a trend of diversity, which has both posi- tive and negative aspects, such as advocating individualism and lacking integrity. Hence, it has important realistic significance to guide students to establish correct employment view. The paper analyzes college students＂ present situation and employment view and taking corresponding educational strategies.
