摘要
本文以湖北省"十二五"中小学校长队伍素质状况与培训需求调查为依据,对校长培训动因、培训方法、培训内容以及培训模式等进行实证分析,并基于培训者的立场,提出相应的引领策略。
This article attempts to give an empirical analysis of the training motivation, training methods, training content and training model based on quality and training demands survey of Hubei primary and secondary school principals in Twelfth five - year period. And based on the position of trainers, the author puts forward the corresponding guiding strategies.
