摘要
目的 探讨游离二氧化硅累积接触与尘肺累积发病的剂量 反应关系。方法 根据以往发表的文献及近年的科研成果资料 ,对游离二氧化硅累积接触量与尘肺累积发病率进行相关分析。结果 以二氧化硅累积接触量 (mg .a)为X轴 ,尘肺累积发病率 ( % )为Y轴作曲线 ,求得相关回归方程为y =1 3 6x +4 2 5 (r =0 85 3 ,P <0 0 0 1)。结论 尘肺累积发病率与游离二氧化硅累积接触量密切相关。
Objective To study dose response relationship between cumulative exposure to silica and cumulative incidence of pneumoconiosis.Methods Correlation of cumulative exposure to silica with cumulative incidence of pneumoconiosis was analyzed based on issued literatures and recent data about their scientific research.Results A correlation equation of y=4 24+1 36x was fitted with coefficient of correlation of 0 853 and P value of less than 0 001,with dose of cumulative exposure to silica in X axis and cumulative incidence of pneumoconiosis in Y axis.Conclusion There was closer relationship between cumulative exposure to free silica and cumulative incidence.
