新形势下高校基层党建与学科建设相结合的探讨与实践——以鲁东大学外国语学院为例

Discussion and Practice of the Combination of University Grassroots Party Building and Discipline Construction in New Situation——Take School of Foreign Languages of Ludong University as an example

学科建设是高校发展的核心。在当前众多高校纷纷转型的大背景下,如何充分发挥基层党组织在学科建设中的战斗堡垒作用是高校研究的重要课题。本文以鲁东大学外国语学院为例,探讨了高校转型过程中基层党组织建设如何与学科建设紧密结合,形成互相促进、共建双赢的局面。

Discipline construction is the core of the development of colleges and universities. Under the background of trans- formation of colleges and universities, giving full use of the role of gross-root party organization in the discipline construction is an important guarantee of keeping party organization an invicible position in colleges and universities. Based on Foreign Language School, Ludong University, this thesis analyzes the issue of how to combine the gross-root party construction with discipline construction closely in the transformation of colleges and universities, in order to enhance mutual promotion and build a win-win situation.
