摘要
本研究以入学一个月后的大学新生为对象,采用《中国大学生适应量表》进行调查,发现与全国常模相比,新生的适应状况不容乐观,呈现负向偏离倾向;在满意度维度上,贫困生比非贫困生得分更高;在情绪适应维度上,单招单考(职高生源)班适应最好,3+2班适应最差,并且女生比男生表现出更好的适应效果。最后从思想启蒙、平台建设、思政工作者自身管理的角度提出了改善新生适应性能力的对策。
In this study, we use the freshmen who has studed in university for one mouth as the object, using the "Chinese college students' Adaptability Scale'; to invest, finally, we found freshman adapted pooflier than the mold, showing negative departure tendency. In satisfaction, poor students scored higher than non impoverished students; in the emotional adaptation dimensions, specific test class adapted best, and 3+2class adapted worst, and the girls showed better adaptation effect than the boys. Finally from the enlightenment, platform construction, to self management of teachers, we put forward to some strategies to improve the adaptability ability of freshmen.
