教师教育是教育事业的基础,是基础教育的质量的保证。教师教育是师范生教育、教师岗前培训与教师在职教育三者的结合,体现了教师培养的整体性、专业性、开放性和终身性,体现了教师连续性、一体化与可持续发展的特征。教师在职教育是教师教育的重要组成部分,因此,重视教师在职教育是保证教育发展的重要举措。

On the basis of our education career, The training of In-service teachers is the essential conditions of high-quality compulsory education. It is the training of normal school students, initial teaching training and in-service teachers＇ training that comprise the complete cultivation of teachers. This procedures have reflected the features of completion, unify and continual development. Consequently, great importance attached to the training of in-service teachers is one of the principal measures to our education.
