摘要
文章以高校体育教师为研究对象,运用因素分析,构建高校教师胜任能力的结构,结果表明:探索性因素分析确定高校教师胜任能力包含体育教学能力、体育教育能力、课外体育指导能力、教育技术运用能力、教育研究能力、运动能力六个因素,解释总变异的86.895%,6个主因子下面包括32个能力指标,构成了高校体育教师胜任能力的框架结构。
Take college PE teachers as the object of study, the use of factor analysis, to build the structure of university tea- chers competence, the results show that: exploratory factor analysis to determine the ability of university teachers competence includes sports teaching ability, physical education capacity, extra-curricular sports coaching skills, educational technology useeducation research capacity, exercise capacity, six factors, explaining 86.895% of the total variance, the six main factors below 32 capacity indicators, constitute the framework structure of the PE teachers competence.
