摘要
内地西藏中职班班级管理严格遵循"严、爱、细"管理方针,通过点滴关怀,以情感为钥匙,拉近师生的距离,培养学生的归属感;多表扬和鼓励,增强学生自信;强化班级的集体思想,坚持学生自我管理,培养自主意识,提高学生的集体荣誉感和使命感。
Tibetan grade class management strictly follow the "strict, love, care" management approach, drip care, emo- tional key, to narrow the distance between teachers and students, develop students' sense of belonging; more recognition and encouragement to enhance students' self-confidence;strengthen the collective thinking of the class, insist on students' selfmanagement, cultivate self-awareness, and improve the students' collective sense of honor and sense of mission.
