On the Careful Work of Headteacher

学校各方面工作的开展都离不开班主任,班主任是教育管理工作的最基层管理者。笔者通过对实际班主任工作经验的分析,提出了班主任工作应从细微处入手,细心地关心帮助学生的观点,并以实例加以分析论证。

The work cannot be separated from the head teacher of the school, headteacher is the grass-roots level man- agers in education management work. The author through the analysis of practical experience of teachers in charge,made a start with the class teacher＇s work from a small office, takes care to care about helping students, and case analy- sis and demonstration.
