摘要
高职院校的培养目标是为企业培养"用得上、干得好、留得住"高素质的技能型专门人才。课程体系是实现人才培养目标的关键。通过国内外课程体系开发的研究与对比,结合区域经济特点,以生产过程自动化技术专业课程体系开发为切入点,构建出基于工作过程的"实践主导型"课程体系,以能力培养为主线,立足全局,对教学内容进行优化衔接和有机整合。
Vocational colleges＇ training objectives for the enterprise culture ＂can be used, Well done and can be kept＂ high- quality skilled expertise. The course system is the key to the implementation of personnel training objectives. Study and com- parison of curriculum development at home and abroad, combined with the regional economic characteristics, production process automation technology professional curriculum development as the starting point, build a main line to capacity-build- ing based on the work process ＂practice-oriented＂ curriculum system, based on global optimize the convergence and the or- ganic integration of the teaching content.
