摘要
随着我国教育事业的发展,高校教学督导在提高教师教学水平起到很大作用。教学督导专家在课堂教学和实践教学过程中,通过独立的视角对教师的教学水平给予客观的评价和指导,并指出教师教学过程中的不足及改进方法,以此来提高教师的课堂教学基本功、教师的实践教学能力,帮助教师合理规划职业发展方向,不断提高综合素质,完善自我。
