摘要
烹饪专业是职业教育中实践性很强的专业,其目标是培养出具有扎实理论知识基础、掌握一定实践操作水平以及具有基本厨房管理能力的学生。烹饪实训室是让学生实践烹饪技术,增强感性认识的一个场所和平台。鉴于烹饪实训室内水、电、气和人员集中的特点,对实训室的安全规划和管理显得尤为重要。
The cooking profession is a very practical professional vocational education, the goal is to cultivate a solid the- oretical knowledge base, acquire a certain level of practical as well as the students of basic kitchen management capabilities. The culinary training room is to allow students to practice cooking techniques to enhance the perceptions of a place and plat-form. In view of the culinary training indoor water, electricity, gas and personnel to focus on the characteristics, the training room of the security planning and management is particularly important.
