摘要
考试焦虑在我国学生中普遍存在,对学生的身心产生了重大的影响,本文首先界定了考试焦虑的概念及其主要成因,之后分别从五个大的方面详细阐述了应对考试焦虑的策略,包括认知疗法,系统脱敏疗法,放松训练法,控制周围环境以及调整作息习惯等。
Test anxiety is prevalent in our students, has had a major impact on students' physical and mental, the paper first defines the concept and the main causes of test anxiety, respectively, from the five aspects described in detail the strategy to cope with test anxiety, including cognitive therapy, systematic desensitization therapy, relaxation training method, to control the surrounding environment and adjust habits and so on.
