Teaching Practice has fully proved： the students＇ motivation plays a vital role for student learning, resulting in students＇ learning difficulties, the biggest factor is not the students＇ intelligence but motivation. Therefore, how to increase students＇ enthusiasm, initiative, has become the urgent need to address the problems of our teachers. Stimulate students＇ en- thusiasm, the students＇ intellectual activity, to improve students＇ learning efficiency. Stimulate students＇ enthusiasm and cooperation of the students in the learning process can enhance the ability to explore, will enable students to positive thinking, to find a solution to lay a solid foundation for the their life-long student.
