摘要
电大经历的三大发展阶段,学习者都有较强的学习主动性。转型后的开放大学办学意义发生了变化,学习者应该更新自己的学习价值观,从精神层面的高度去理解学习的内涵,才能产生学习的动力,才能提升开放大学的办学质量。
TV university experienced three stages of development, learners have a strong motivation to learn. The transformation of the Open University after the school meaning a change, the learner should update the values of their own learning, to understand the connotation of learning from the height of the spiritual dimension, in order to generate the moti- vation to learn in order to enhance the educational quality of the open university.
