浅析新时期提高大学生法律修养的途径

A Brief Analysis on Ways to Improve Students' Legal Accomplishment

大学生是社会主义法治国家建设的重要力量,必须提高大学生的法律修养。本文通过大学生法律思维方式、增强大学生法律信仰、变革高校法制教育的认识定位以及优化高教法制教育的师资队伍等方面的建设,促进当代大学生掌握法律知识,学会法律方法,积极投身于法律实践,树立社会主义法律信仰和社会主义法律思维方式,提高当代大学生的法律修养。

College students are an important force in building socialist country ruled by the need to improve the legal cul tivation of university students. In this paper, the legal way of thinking of college students, to improve college students＇ legal faith, change the understanding of positioning of the Legal Education and the optimization of the Higher legal education tea chers, and other aspects of building and promotion of contemporary college students to master knowledge of the law, learn legal method, actively engaged in legal practice, to establish socialist legal faith and socialist legal way of thinking, to im prove the legal cultivation of contemporary college students.
