针刺对实验性视网膜脱离中蛋白激酶C的影响

An effect of acupuncture on the activity of protein kinase C in the experimental retinal detachment

目的 探讨针刺疗法对实验性视网膜脱离中蛋白激酶C (proteinkinaseC ,PKC)活性的影响。方法 5 6只实验性单眼视网膜脱离家兔随机分为针刺组与对照组 ;每组分 4个小组 ,每小组 7只家兔 ,每只家兔的对侧眼作为对照眼。在发生视网膜脱离并接受针剌治疗后的 1周、 2周、 3周和 4周分别取视网膜脱离部位的视网膜组织和对照眼相应部位的组织匀浆 ,进行视网膜PKC活性检测。结果 视网膜脱离后的不同时期内视网膜PKC活性持续下降 (P <0 0 5 ) ;针刺治疗眼的PKC活性有明显提高 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 视网膜脱离后视网膜功能障碍可能与PKC活性的持续下降有关 ;

OBJECTIVE To evaluate the activity of protein kinase C (PKC) in experimental retinal detachment(RD) treated with acupuncture METHODS Fifty six rabbits with experimental retinal detachment in one eye and with normal eye in their contralateral eyes were divided random into acupuncture group and control group There were 4 subgroups in each group, and 7 rabbits in each subgroup, and normal eyes as control in each rabbit The eyes with DR were treated with acupuncture in the acupuncture group,and without any treatment in the control group Retinal tissues were distilled and their activity of PKC were mensurated at 1 weed, 2 weeks, 3 weeks and 4 weeks after RD and the treatment of acupuncture RESUITS The activity of PKC was decreased persistently in different times of RD (P <0 05);and the activity of PKC showed an increased result in the acupuncture group( P <0 05) CONCLUSIONS After DR disturbance of retinal function could be related with persistent lower of PKC activity, and acupuncture could improve activity of PKC in retinal tissue with DR
