弱视眼的色觉变异

Chromatopsia in patients with amblyopic

目的 通过弱视患者色觉改变特点探讨色觉损害的机理。方法 应用PanelD -1 5色盘试验和俞自萍色盲图对 41例单侧弱视患者的色觉功能进行了测定。结果 41只弱视眼中发现色觉功能异常者 2 4只眼 (5 8 5 4%)。斜视性弱视和屈光参差性弱视间色觉异常发生率没有统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;旁中心注视性弱视色觉异常发生率明显高于中心注视性弱视 (P <0 0 5 ) ;重度弱视眼色觉异常率高于中、轻度弱视眼 (P <0 0 0 1 )。结论 弱视的类型和程度均与色觉异常有关。弱视程度与色觉异常的程度呈正相关。

OBJECTIVE To investigate mechanism of chromatopsia in the patients with amblyopia according to discoverable characteristic METHODS The panel D-15 test and Yuziping color visual test chart were applied in 41 patients with unilateral amblyopia and color sensation of the patients were examined RESULTS There were 24 eyes found with chromatopsia in 41 eyes with amblyopia (58 54%) The difference of incidence of chromatopsia was not statistically significant between strabismic and anisometropic amblyopia ( P >0 05) Rate of chromatopsia in paracentral fixation was higher significantly than in the central fixation ( P <005), and in heavy amblyopia it was higher than in mild and medium ( P <0 001) CONCLUSION Category and degree of amblyopic are positive correlative with chromatopsia It is very important for maintenance of color sensation to treat amblyopia early in practice
