高职院校毕业生档案关系到学校的声誉和学生个人的切身利益。本文从高职毕业生档案管属部门和内含说起，列举档案管理工作的诸多问题，分析出现问题的原因，提出了五项具体的、操作性强的措施为学校服务，为毕业生和用人单位服务。
