时于每个教育工作者而言，师德是这份工作中具有价值的核心元素。只有在一种信任的环境下，在一份真诚的道德感中，政策制度才更易有最理想的实施，舆论监督才更易有最公正的功用，而我们的教育大业才更易在公平的前提下有真正的进步。

For every educational worker, morality is the core elements of the value of the job. Only in a trusted environment, in a genuine sense of morality, the policies and systems easier to have the best implementation, public opinion was more likely to have just the function of our education cause only more fair and real progress.
