摘要
熔融法处理PTFE表面具有工艺简单易行优点 ,但由于PTFE与填料结合强度不高 ,使处理后胶接强度偏低。本文研究了一种改进方法 ,通过使用一种硅烷类偶联剂 ,使胶接强度由 7.8MPa提高到 9.5MPa ,且可提高接头的耐湿热性能 ,远远好于钠—萘法。本文还讨论了用量、处理温度等条件对粘接强度的影响。
The process is simple and easy for the melting method to treat PTFE film, and the adhesion strength of PTFE film is poor as the low combined strength of PTFE and fillers. In this paper, a silane coupling agent was added into the treating dispersion to improve the adhesion of PTFE film and filler, and the shear strength of PTFE/Aluminum alloy was improved from 7.8 to 9.5MPa. The moisture-hot resistance of the adhesive joint was better than that of using the Sodium Naphthalene method. The concentration of dispersion components and treating temperature were also discussed.
