用X射线粉末衍射仪和综合热分析仪对不同固化用具、不同固化温度的YW -Ⅰ磷酸氧化铜无机胶进行较系统分析、研究 ,找出了影响粘接强度的因素。

This paper YW-1 inorganic phosphate and copper oxide adhesive was investigated under different solidification temperature and tool by X-ray powder diffractometer and thermal analyzer. The factors of influeuce bonding strength was found.
