摘要 简要评述了激光烧蚀金属过程中的等离子体羽、烧蚀材料蒸汽、温度场方面的实验和理论模型研究进展。报道了激光能量密度(或者功率密度)、脉宽等参数对等离子体、烧蚀蒸汽动力学过程影响的实验和理论结果。简要评述了激光烧蚀金属过程中的等离子体羽、烧蚀材料蒸汽、温度场方面的实验和理论模型研究进展。报道了激光能量密度(或者功率密度)、脉宽等参数对等离子体、烧蚀蒸汽动力学过程影响的实验和理论结果。 The progress of experiments and models about plasma plume, vapor and temperature field of metal ablation under pulse laser were reviewed. The theoretical and experimental results of dynamics of plasma and metallic vapor induced by pulse laser with different parameters such as fluence (or power density), pulse width etc. were reported.
