摘要
采用溶胶 -凝胶法成功地制备了镨黄、钕紫色料 ,对不同的矿化剂 ,在不同的温度合成的色料进行了XRD、XPS、分光反射率和颗粒度的测试。结果表明 :和固相合成法相比 ,采用溶胶 -凝胶法合成的试样 ,其呈色更好 ,粒度分布更窄。
The Pr-yellow and Nd-purple zircon pigment powders were successfully prepared by the sol-gel method.The obstained pigment with different minerilizer synthesised at different temperature was tested by XRD,XPS,spectral reflectance and grain distribution,and it is considered that the color of the pigment is better and the grain distribution is narrower than that by the coprecipitation method.
