摘要
本文是基于MODBUS协议的变频器通讯控制的实现。本设计主要分析的是以变频器的控制芯片DSPTMS320LF2406A为核心,通过DSP芯片的串行通讯口(SCI接口)实现数据的底层收发,采用MODBUS为应用层通信协议,底层物理线路采用RS485差分信号传输数据,与上位机(电脑)构成主、从式交互通讯系统,实现对变频器的远程通讯及控制功能。
This article is based on MODBUS protocol to achieve inverter communication and control. The design of the main analysis is based on the core of the inverter control chip DSP TMS320LF2406A, the underlying data transceiver through the DSP chip serial communication interface (SC1 interface), using the MODBUS application as the layer communication protocol, using the RS485 differential signaling data as the underlying physical lines, to constitute the interactive communication system with the host computer (PC) from the main to the second and to remote the inverter of communications and control functions.
