为了解决齿轮油复合剂在石蜡基基础油中的应用 ,在实验室研究了含硫添加剂、含磷添加剂在石蜡基基础油中的使用性能以及它们与辅助添加剂的复合效应。试验结果表明 :使用T32 1、P A、P B等调配的齿轮油复合剂 ,具有良好的热氧化安定性、极压抗磨性、防锈防腐性。该剂以 4 .8%剂量加入石蜡基基础油中调制的 80W /90重负荷车辆齿轮油达到了APIGL

In order to decrease the problem of using additive package for gear oil in paraffin wax base oil, the service performances of the sulfur and phosphorus contained additives in paraffin wax base oil and its synergistic effects with the auxiliaries were studied at laboratory. The results showed that the additive packages for gear oil formulated by T321、P A、P B exhibited superior thermal oxidation stability as well as extreme pressure anti-wear,anti-rust,anti-corrosion properties.The 80W/90 heavy loading vehicle gear oil with 4.8% of additive package reached the standard of API GL 5.
