摘要
在过氧化甲乙酮合成工艺研究的基础上,选择合理的配比、反应温度、反应时间、稳定剂,并加入A盐,通过盐析效应,得到了具有较高闪点和稳定度的产品,收率明显提高,综合成本降低。经试用符合用户要求,是目前国内不饱和聚酯树脂使用的理想引发剂。因此,该产品具有较高的经济价值和实际应用前景。
The synthetic process of methyl ethyl ketone peroxide was studied in this paper. Through choosing reasonable formula, reaction temperature,reaction time and stabilizers,and adding a salt with salting-out effect, as a result, flash point and stability of the product was higher and the productive rate was increased and the total cost was reduced.
