摘要
研究了化学镀 Ni- P合金在 CO2 水溶液中的腐蚀磨损行为。结果表明 ,随 CO2 浓度增大、载荷增加和滑动速度增加 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金的腐蚀磨损速率增大、自腐蚀电位负移 ;当 CO2 浓度增大、载荷减小和滑动速度降低 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金摩擦系数增大。同样条件下 ,化学镀 Ni- P合金比 G10 5钢具有更高的耐腐蚀磨损性。
The corrosive wear behaviours of eletroless plating Ni P coating in CO 2 solution have been studied. The results show that the corrosive wear rate of eletroless plating Ni P coating increased and the corrosion potential of the coating decreased with increasing CO 2 concentration, normal load and sliding speed. The friction coefficient of eletroless plating Ni P coating increased with increasing CO 2 concentration, decreasing normal load and sliding speed. Under the same conditions, eletroless plating Ni P coating had higher anti corrosive wear ability than that of G105 steel in CO 2 solution.
