摘要
用电位扫描法研究了所选的酸性缓蚀剂在电解体系中的电化学稳定性 ,讨论了缓蚀剂分子结构与其电化学稳定性的关系 ,并研究了部分缓蚀剂在 2 m ol/ L H2 SO4中对 Q2 35钢的缓蚀作用。
Using the method of potentiodynamic polarization, the present work studied the electrochemical stability of selected acidic corrosion inhibitors used in acidic electrolytic system and discussed the relationship between inhibitors molecule structure and its inhibition efficiency. Studies of inhibition effect of several corrosion inhibitors on Q235 steel were carried out in 2mol/L sulfuric acid. The results depict that pyridine derivatives with long chain have good inhibition efficiency and synergistic effect.
