摘要
概述了化工装置因管路材质及其选择使用不当等原因造成的事故 ;介绍了钢塑复合管的特性、衬里层的材质选择、加工工艺以及在使用中的流体特性、所能承受的流体压力与真空能力的限制 ;阐述了钢塑复合管的使用泄漏与和管路支撑。
Some incidents of chemical equipment caused by piping materials are presented in this paper. The characteristics of pipeline combining steel and plastics, selection of the plastics used in plastic lined pipe, ma nufacturing methods, features of fluid and the limit of fluid pressure and vacunm conditions in application are introduced. The related problems of pipe support and installation technology to avoid permeation are discussed.
